About the event

Let the celebration begin…

POCO Parade starts as a city-wide storytelling campaign, with Regina residents sharing the real stories of their pets, and builds to a live red-carpet finale where cats, dogs and their people take the spotlight.

The storytelling campaign

Share your pet's story: how you met, a funny moment, a rescue transformation. The best-loved stories get featured through the spring and summer, and the finalists walk the red carpet in August.

The red-carpet finale

A live showcase celebrating the bond between pets and their people, with learning moments on adoption and responsible ownership, a partner and vendor area, and a recognition ceremony for our four-legged stars.

Free for the community

First-year public registration is completely free. This is a community-first celebration: no high-pressure competition, just stories, care and community spirit.
